This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this site, apply for Early Access or become a customer of Deveji Build, why we collect it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is Deveji sp. z o.o., ul. Polany 26, 04-937 Warszawa, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS 0001054053, kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register; NIP 9522245188; share capital PLN 5,000.

For anything about your data, write to hello@deveji.com.

2. Visiting this site

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.

Our hosting provider, Google (Firebase Hosting), processes the technical data every website request carries, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a working and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When the page loads, your browser asks Google (Firebase Remote Config) for the current address of the application form. The request carries a random identifier created for that single visit; it is not stored on your device and is not used to identify you.

3. Applying for Early Access

The application form is hosted by Tally (Tally BV, Belgium), which processes your answers on our behalf. We collect your email address, what you tell us about your idea and your stage, and anything else you choose to include.

We use this to assess whether Build fits your project, to reply to you and, if there is a fit, to send you the access details. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Applying is voluntary, but without an email address and a description of your idea we cannot consider your application. We keep an application for 12 months after we decide on it, unless you become a customer.

4. Becoming a customer

If you join, we process your name, email address, billing details (such as your address and, for a business, its tax number) and a record of your purchase and access. We use them to provide Deveji Build, to invite you to the live sessions, to handle refunds and support, and to issue invoices.

The legal bases are performing our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and meeting our accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). Payments are handled by the payment provider named in your access details; we do not receive or store your full card details.

Accounting records are kept for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation arose, as Polish tax law requires. Other customer data is kept for as long as you have access, and afterwards for as long as claims arising from the contract can be brought.

5. Emails you send us

When you write to us, we use your email address and message to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed to handle your matter.

6. Who receives your data

We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions:

  • Google (Firebase Hosting, Firebase Remote Config, and Google Workspace for email)
  • Tally BV (the application form)
  • the payment provider named in your access details, for customers
  • our accounting firm, for invoices and records we are required to keep

We also disclose data where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Some of Google’s processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Where it does, it is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your personal data and receive a copy of it
  • have inaccurate data corrected
  • have your data erased
  • restrict how we process it
  • receive it in a portable format
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interest

To use any of these rights, write to hello@deveji.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa), or with the authority in the EU country where you live.

We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you by email.
