Terms

Last updated

These terms apply to your use of deveji.com and, if you join, to Deveji Build. They are provided by Deveji sp. z o.o., ul. Polany 26, 04-937 Warszawa, Poland, entered in the register of entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS 0001054053, kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register; NIP 9522245188; share capital PLN 5,000.

Questions about them go to hello@deveji.com.

1. This website

The website describes Deveji and Deveji Build. Its text, design, images and code belong to Deveji or to the people who licensed them to us, and may not be copied or reused without our permission, except as the law allows.

Links to other websites and app stores are provided for convenience; those sites are run by others under their own terms.

2. Applying for Early Access

Applying is free and does not commit you to anything. We review each application and decide at our discretion whether Deveji Build is a fit; we may decline an application without giving reasons.

If we accept it, we send you the access details: what is included, the price, any applicable taxes and how to pay. A contract is formed only when you complete the payment.

3. The Personal plan

The Personal plan costs $299 as a one-time payment and includes:

  • the Build foundation: a working app project with its core parts already set up
  • project instructions for AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
  • the 47-point release review
  • Build Kickoff: 3 setup videos
  • the Monthly Live Q&A, a live online session with the team; dates are announced to customers in advance

Sessions with one of our engineers, for help with a specific challenge or a review of your project, are not included. They can be booked separately, on terms and at a price agreed before the session.

AI coding tools, developer accounts, app-store fees, hosting and other third-party services are not included and are paid for separately under their own terms.

4. Your licence and who owns what

You own the apps you build with Deveji Build. Deveji does not claim ownership of your app, your ideas, or the code you or your AI tools write for it.

Deveji keeps all rights in Build itself: the foundation, the project instructions, the release review and the videos. When you pay, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them, and to keep the parts of the foundation that become part of your app, on the terms of your plan.

The Personal plan covers your own apps and personal projects. It does not cover:

  • building apps for clients or on anyone else’s behalf
  • use by an agency or development studio
  • selling or transferring an app built with Build to another person or company
  • sharing, reselling or publishing Build’s materials themselves

These uses need a higher plan. Tell us what you need and we will explain the options.

5. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, ask for a refund by writing to hello@deveji.com within 14 days of your payment. We refund the full amount to the original payment method, and your licence ends: you stop using Build’s materials and remove the foundation from any project that has not been released.

This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have as a consumer under the law, and does not limit them.

6. Your responsibilities

Build guides AI coding tools; it does not guarantee what they produce. You are responsible for reviewing and testing your app, for the decisions you accept, and for your app’s compliance with the law and with the rules of the app stores and services it uses.

Keep your access details to yourself. Access may be suspended if Build is used in breach of these terms.

7. Liability

We provide Build with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to a business customer is limited to the amount it paid for Build, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the statutory rights of a consumer.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Please write to us first so we can try to resolve any complaint; we reply within 14 days. Disputes that cannot be resolved go to the court competent for our registered office, unless the law gives a consumer the right to bring them elsewhere.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the new version is published on this page with a new date. A change never reduces what you have already paid for under your plan.
